I have credit on my account but it not used on the last reservation I made

Hello,

I have $30 credit on my account from a previous reservation which went bad (owners never showed up to let us in).

I was told that I would be credited off my next reservation.  I just stayed with AirBnB again and the credit was not used.

Is there someone that I can call of talk "live" about this?
