I have guest who would like to book but is unable to make reservation and ias host am unable except

The air bnb site is not allowing either of us as host and guest to except or make payment . does anyone know how to resolve this issue

Hi Suzy. Has your guest completed their verification requirements already? If you had required your guests to be fully verified before they can book, then one possible reason why they are not able to make a payment yet is because they have not yet completed the verification requirements.
