I have just received a first request at my property. I have offered a first guest discount when I listed. The breakdown of payout to me does not show that discount has been applied. Will it be applied after I have accepted the request? What is that discount?’

I believe the discount is applied when you accept the reservation, @Chi14.  So when you accept and then get a confirmation of the reservation, you should see the adjustment.  If you do not, you can contact Air BNB and have them apply it, or you can simply refund the money using the "request or send money" option.
