I'm really sorry, but I have to tell you this in person.
I allow myself to submit to your benevolence the dramatic situation in which I currently find the service of Airbnb terribly badly.
For over a month I have noticed that the quality of the service you provide has significantly deteriorated.
We are a Swedish and Tunisian family and we rent our apartment for a Canadian family in Sousse Tunisia.
Alas, we still have not received our money on my Swedish account, Handelsbanken Stockholm Sweden.
I have made several complaints to Airbnb customer service and the problems still remains today.
And yes. Alas, the more people have education, the more they circumvent the laws and with their education and their social position, they can thus better handle the little people, but me I find that shameful and scandalous.

I am very disappointed that this has not worked out, there has been multiple people involved in this matter. How long will I have to wait, already has a month passed and the matter is still not solved.
This is not my problem that your bank partner has trouble and now I have a Paypal account and that can be paid in a few seconds and it seems like the money travels all around the world and I can’t wait. I have never experienced anything like this before, this is outrageous and it’s a shame.

This is the community and not Airbnb itself. Complaints regarding payout issues must be addressed to Airbnb. If Airbnb has released the money (as you explained) and it is not received in your bankaccount, then you need to contact your bank and/or check if the payout method used is setup correctly.
