I just got 61€ stolen from this company

In case you don't speak spanish, "reembolso" means "refund". This company suddenly sent me an e-mail for a cancellation I've done in april, saying they'll give me an additional refund due to the fact they had an "error" in their system.

I just found out I got 61€ stolen from my bank account.

I'm Paraguayan, 61€ is almost a quarter of a monthly minimum wage salary in my country. This is insane, and this is NOT what a refund means, what do I do? I was saving for the holidays, that right there were my mom, dad and partner's presents for wise men's day. Why does a company so big and rich have a need to steal from people in third world countries? This is outrageous.

@Myrian14

You can dispute the transaction and ask the Credit card company to reverse it.
