I’m Graham just getting started in Virginia Highland, Atlanta

I have a 4 BRn2 BA home in Virginia Highland in Atlanta. 2 downstairs bedrooms are available for occupancy now with limited amenities. Close by are nearly 10 coffee shops and 75 restaurants of numerous cuisines. I don’t have a lot of art work but the home is neat, clean, close to everything and one has the run of the downstairs. What should I charge for 2 rooms?

You can always check the pricing of similar listings in your area. I would suggest that you do not rely on smart pricing and  prices suggested by ABB. These suggested prices are consistently way way below market rates. It seems to be a common experience amoungst hosts that lower prices attract a lower standard of guest. 

You can always set a price point and adust it accordingly.
