I'm booked full and someone just instabooked

How did this happen? My calendar is full and someone just instabooked 4 people to show up tomorrow!!!!! Shouldn't my listing have been unavailable? Now what do I do?

Get on the phone to BnB straight away and let them know what has happened. This should cancel the booking and find the guests something else.

 

The phone number is on your booking confirmation.
