I'm having trouble putting my photos in order. Screen scrolls incessantly!

I recently had a photographer from Airbnb come to my home and take photos.  When the new photos arrived, it displaced the photos I already had.

This would have been alright if I actually liked all of the photos. 

I believe some of my photos reflect my home better than the ones taken.

I keep trying to reorder the photos.  After moving a few photos the screen begins to scroll all by itself and then I can'd do anything but leave the entire site and re-log back in and try again.  To be explain accurately this happened before the new photos arrived and is super irritating.

I switched from Safari to the recommended Google Chrome and it is exactly the same. Help!

The problem is the photos go back to the order they were in before I started, or it's in a random order.  

I have tried about 10 times and it keeps happening!  I don't know how to report this as I think it is a bug/virus  of some sort.

I want my page to reflect our home accurately and now I cannot reorder the photos. 

It is super frustrating.  

Anyone have an idea how to fix or avoid this problem?

I notice that they move around if I'm adding a caption or something, but if I'm only dragging and dropping them to order them, the order stays. It only follows this order when on my actual listing page. When my listing is in the search results, it seems to stuck with whichever order Airbnb prefers.
