I'm trying to edit the maximum number of guests I can accommodate

I'm trying to edit the maximum number of guests I can accommodate but the site won't let me go above 16. 

My property can take up to 20 guests with a maximum of 16 adults

I can see the item "How many guests can your place accommodate?" but the + sign is grayed out.

Any advise welcome.

@Bradley20 Possibly you can only put it in your description because the maximum number of guests per listing is 16 as you already know. You might create another listing - for 4 guests - and explain everything there. Make sure you link calendars of them should you decide to choose this option.

Thanks, Marzena - I hadn't realised that there was an overall maximum of 16 guests. I've take your suggestion to mention the maximum of 20 in the description.
