I missed 6 reservations! The notifications are not working!

In the last 3 weeks, I missed 6 reservations due to the fact that the notifications on my phone did not work.
With a potential loss of 1100 USD and a suspension of my listings!
Now, how can I contact Airbnb directly by chat, email or phone? Since I reported the issue 4 weeks ago!

I was just about to become SuperHost and now I have lost everything.

I need a compensation on behalf of Airbnb but I am unable to find a single email or phone in the site. 

Please help. Someone tell Airbnb to contact me.
