We are super hosts so this is not our first time with Airbnb. We recently had a guest cancel, do to a family emergency, and saw a note from Airbnb that they had cancelled. The Problem is they still show on our calendar as an active reservation. They stay with us several times a year to visit their child in college and we do not want to loose them as customers. This is potentially busy weekend with an important football game being played close tous but out room shows booked by a person that has cnaceled and we recieved notice from Airbnb of the cancelation. I want to contact Airbnb and try and resolve the issue on our calendar but cannot find a way to contact the compnay. This is very frustrationg that the company does not provide a help line for hosts to ask questions and instead prefer us to vent to each other. Seems like a poor business strategy.. If they read these post please contact me either my guest is going to pay for a room they did not use and thought they cancelled or Airbnb is paying for a room that they did not relist on their website.

There is an unknown and unidenttified debit on my checking account from Airbnb, with no explanation. I have had to dispute this charge with my bank, who is stopping the payment. But this, and other problems I have had with them could be handled so easily if you could only get on the phone with them. So, if anyone out there has a phone contact number, please post it. It's truly like they don't want to be bothered, or it's just planned to discourage anyone from trying to deal with a problem. Customer Service gets an 'F" in my book.

How do I contact Airbnb? They are threatening to punish me due to an unfavorable review by guests who were mean and rude. I wrote a response but it seems Airbnb doe not care about the visitor's behavior.

This company is getting pay for doing nothing and you cannot even contact them when you need help, I sent different messages on their chat section and still waiting for an answer, can someday tell where I can find a human a person who can replay an email, write a response, something that is not a machine.
Incredible frustrating, worse service ever, they advertise something that they don’t even care o know what is all about, I literality have days trying to find a way to contact somebody from Airbnb

I can not cancel my reservation due to a flood. Have been trying for two days. I’m going to have to turn them away at the door if it isn’t rectified
We had a bad guest that booked the room for football game, arrived, jumped in for 5 minutes, while his friends were waiting for him outside in the car, left to see if he can stay with his friends and in order to return his deposit in full posted untrue dscription of my property and even lied about the distance from the stadium. I put the true facts and claimed that person even did not see the full house, just the room, but lied that he did not want to stay because it did not fit his preferences and he did not like it. After his review, my property was permanently taken off and I was blocked and not just I, but my daughter is not allowed to list her room and her mother either. Please suggest. I feel like local competitors used that bad person and kicked me out of competition. It strongly feels that Airbnb enter in relationship with local authorities and we do not know who they are, but my requests to get the manager or supervisor never have been satisfied. Thank you. Please suggest.
