I need to find a co-host for Streatham Hill

I really need help to kick start my first airbnb business but it seems like no one has gotten in touch with me. Any other suggestions? Also, no service providers seem to be willing to help in this area.

Hi. Nice looking place, but there are several important reasons why you're not getting business.

One is, your listings says 'Luxurious & Contemporary, Brand New, 1 Bed Flat Greater London, England, United Kingdom'. Try searching for Greater London on Airbnb and see the problem! You need to change that to 'Streatham'.

Then, there's the issue of the description. You say the flat will be furnished in the next couple of weeks - eh? Not knowing what I'm actually getting would put me right off. It's also a sure sign of a scam, when the photos aren't the actual flat!

Finally, think about price. There are many properties on offer in Streatham with more bedrooms, nice decor and for less money. For sure, you flat might be nice and worth it but give it some thought as to where you pitch it.

PS It's in Airbnb guidelines to put a recognisable pic of yourself on your profile - it does put people off if they can't see who they are dealing with.

I've had a lovely guest stay with us from Germany.  He would like to return back with 2 x friends end of December/New Year.  I can only accommodate 1 x guest.  I'm looking to see if anyone can accommodate 2 x guests near where I am in Streatham Hill?
