I need to stop hosting and want to transfer my listings to a new host. How should I do this?

Dear Airbnb Community. 

I can nowhere find information about stopping as a host, which I will need to do asap, and transfer (migrate) my listings to a new host, whom I found already.

Please advise.

You cannot transfer a listing to another host, @Liz126.  That is why you cannot find how to do that 😄   You can deactivate your listing as long as you do not have future reservations.  Once your listing is deactivated, the new host can establish a new listing but the reviews and history will not follow the listing.
