I no longer have access to my old e.mail account

That my account is associated with. 

 

I have somehow misspelled or placed my old password, and I can't get into my account. 

 

Why on EARTH does Airbnb not offer a direct HELP @ AIRBNB.com anywhere on their site? 

 

That is AWFUL customer service.
