I only want to book long stays

Hi, I am new to Air B & B and I am just setting up my listing. I only want to book stays of 30 days or more. I have gone into the profile but do not see the tabs to edit the listing as outlined in the help articles. Is that because my listing is not active yet? Also, am I able to adjust it to a min stay of 30 days or am I limited to 7 days min?  Thanks! Darlene

Please note "long term stays" (28 nights or longer) differ from short term stays in several ways. There is a specific cancellation policy, it is mandatory to set a monthly discount (otherwise you will not appear in search results for long term stays) and you must be aware of certain laws (so guests do not turn themself into tenants). Also read the payout rules for long term stays.

Search in HELP with "long term stay" to find all articles.

As a new host maybe start with some short term stays first to experience hosting. It also generates more reviews and ratings.

You can set the min. stay to any amount of days you want. But be aware if you set it too high, only people searching for such long periods will find your listing.

You can set a 30 night minimum. And yes, you are not able to see those fields yet because your listing is not active. Once you activate your listing, there will be a period of time (sometimes up to 24 hours I believe) where your listing will not appear in search results. This is to give you a chance to review and make updates. I would still recommend blocking out your calendar until you can thoroughly go through and understand all the settings/features. Also, keep in mind that tenants rights apply to reservations over 28 days, Airbnb really doesn't have security deposits, there are no leases, and Airbnb handles all the money transactions and/or refunds. I personally do not think Airbnb is the best platform for long term reservations.
