I overpaid my reservation

Morning,

I would like to confirm of my reservation Number HMHYRFJZ22.

There has been an error with the payment system and i ended up being charged 4 times for 1 reservation.

I have received 7 ID Receipts :

My Credit Card Bank suggested that i should contact airbnb for the cancellation of the 3 withdrawals...

Please help me for the cancellation of the withdrawals.

@Yulia49  You have not contacted Airbnb here. This is a Community forum where hosts and guests exchange informations, try to answer each other's questions, etc. No one here works for Airbnb, and we don't have access to your account info. You have to contact Airbnb directly. There is a large pinned post on the first page of the Help forum here which tells you ways to contact Airbnb.
