Hello.   My name is Joanna.  I received a letter from la city about my listing. Saying that I need to register.  My listing is 30 day minimum stay.  I don’t understand why I been required to register

It's not just the length of time that dictates, from what I can read here, if you need a license but even the number of guests or number of reservations during a specific period.
