I set a price in the Calendar, and it hasn't saved, and now somebody has booked instantly..

The prcei is wrong, and the guest does not want to pay the extra, which im fine with. Tjhey dont want to cancel and icurr charges, and i dont want to cancel and incurr penalties, but we both want out of the booking. I have rang Air bnb 3 times and its still not resolved.

Anybody any experience of this? any help is greatfully appreciated.

Air b n b told me that working from an iphone can sometimes cause issues? anybody else have this same problem?
