I still have not received $17 travel credit for referring her

Hello!

So i referred a friend Airbnb and she received the $34 in travel credit. It worked immediately and she was able to use that $34 on her trip.  I did read the terms of the travel credit and it stated that the referred friend must check out in order for the $17 to be applied to my account. The travel cradit on my account states that my friend's trip is still pending and that she has "signed up, but hasn't taken a trip yet." That trip has come and gone and I still have not received $17 travel credit for referring her. According to my friend, there was never an actual 'check-out' option. What gives? Or what are we doing wrong? I appreciate any insight into the matter.

Has it been more than 14 days since your friend checked out, @Trần2? I had a referral credit in September whose status was pending for 14 days after my friend's booking ended. I suppose that is in case a refund is issued or something. Hope it is the same for you.
