I think a guy who had to cancel is getting others to harass me with fake bookings

Last month a guy booked me and then two days later cancelled me because he said he could not use tech no logo on the Sabbath.  He wanted a key but I don’t use keys. He nagged me for a day about a key and finally decided to cancel.  First he asked me to cancel but I refused as it prevents me from having Superhost status with Airbnb. Keyless entry is clear in my information.  Then he got angry cause he was going to loose half the fee.  At first I was inclined to refund it to him but he started getting angry as it didn’t happen immediately.  I was on a six hour drive and couldn’t deal with it at the moment. He threatened to report me and I said go ahead.  He sent a few more messages and I was working with Airbnb to deal with him.  A day later someone booked me for two of the three days he cancelled me.  I refunded him for those two days but he was still angry he did not get it all back and sent. I ended up blocking him.  Since then I have had two situations that I think are related.  I got an inquiry for my place direct to the email I use for Airbnb, not through Airbnb saying a friend recommended it. I told them I only book through the website. The name and location led me to think it was connected to the problem booking.  Then they wanted my location.  I asked them how they got the email and who the friend was.  They did not reply but then sent a new message through Airbnb- same name but inquiring about booking but as though they never had contacted me otherwise.  I declined.  Yesterday I had another request to book for a week later this month.  I accepted, and then it was cancelled today.  Due to the name and location I have reason to believe it is the same group.  I have since changed my email settings for the passcode to the door and changed my cancellation setting to strict, but I hated doing that. Any suggestions?  I really want to keep hosting!

@Kyle319  I would contact Airbnb again and explain what is happening. Ask them to take a look at all these messages, cancellations and requests for refunds and if you can, screen shot the emails as well and send to them. Tell them you think this is a group of people related to the first guest who cancelled who are making a concerted effort to harrass you. Point out to Airbnb that you've had to change your policy to strict because of this, which you really didn't want to do, but that you can't have these people blocking your calendar with reservations they are just intending to cancel, as they are preventing legitimate guests from booking. Ask them to please look into the original account holder and let him know that this behavior isn't acceptable and if it continues, his account will be suspended. Stay polite and reasonable and firm with CS.
