I've changed my mind about a declined booking

I have declined a booking because I hadn't received a response to a query. It turned out my message hadn't sent and I'd now like to accept the booking. The dates are showing as unavailable to that individual. The calendar shows they are available. I tried sending a special offer but the dates are still showing unavailable to the individual. Any ideas how I can open up those dates for this person or reverse my decision?

If you can sent a special offer, then the dates are available (otherwise you could not have selected them yourself). Or somebody else sent a booking request after you sent the special offer, now blocking the dates.
