I lament you have not had a good experience with Airbnb.

You can suspend your listing.
Go to > Listing > Detais > Listing Status

You can also close (cancel) your account if you want to.

@Liliana332  Your place is stunning. I would suggest the reason you have gotten no bookings is that you really have no written information in the description. Two short sentences and a license number isn't a listing description.

I'd suggest you take a look at the description for other similar listings and find out how to describe and market to guests and to fill that section with things guests need and want to know, in case you would like to see if that would change things for you.
