I Just wanna do Business and want to rent my Unit out with short term rent (airbnb) but i cant be in dubai to clean and so on. Do you guys know a managing company which does All the paper stuff, giving the key to tendants, cleaning and so on?

I would see if there is a Dubai host forum and ask there or Google property management companies for your area.
