hello @Ben665 & welcome to CC
If you click on to your Dashboard & Pricing Settings for your listing you can work it from there.
You can and may like to also click to where your calendar is to go through which days you may like to adjust your prices, e.g when there's public holidays, events in your location are on and demand may be up etc.
All the best

Hi @Ben665
As @Helen427 explained you don't need to contact Airbnb for most of the basics around managing your listing such as updating prices. She has given you some great advice on how you can update your prices.
Do have a look at Airbnb Help Centre if you are new to Airbnb as it will give you the information you need to manage your listing, understand cancellation policies, extenuating circumstances policy, airbnb guarantee and a whole host of other areas to help you with your Airbnb business.
Good luck.

There appears to be a glitch in the system at the moment that's preventing some users from updating their prices and listing details. If the steps given by @Helen427 don't work for you, you'll need to call in. (Even if you do manage to update your prices/info, make sure you check them again periodically, because many hosts are also currently reporting that the changes they're making aren't sticking, and are reverting to the original inputs a short while later)
It's pot luck when you phone those numbers whether or not you'll get a competent/knowledgeable support agent (very often, you'll be put through to the call centres in either Romania or the Philippines), but if you don't get the help you need, try calling back until you get someone who can assist you properly.
Good luck!
hey everyone,
i wanna talk directly with Air Bnb.
Is there any online chatroom?
its about cancellation and only them can help.
To get airbnb customer support, you first have to go through the "help" section and they will propose a few articles that might solve your problem.
If you keep clicking on "no" when it asks if you problem is solved, you will be taken to a page where there is a contact button and you can send a message to start up a support thread.
@Ben665 I would recommend trying to solve any problem about inputting pricing or setting up your listing, by yourself first and only go to CS when you have an issue that can't be solved that way.
Thanks for your reply. I appreciate.
