Hello,
I am trying to register a complaint with the Airbnb complaints team.
I have tried to contact Help section where it is handled by the customer service executive. I have asked them several times to provide me the details of how to complain but I have been told that the only way to complain is through the help section.
I have even elaborated my complaint to them but have not received a response to my satisfaction.
I would like to seek help regarding this and how can I contact the complaints department or the Ombudsman for the issue.
Any help is very much appreciated.
