I was about to deactivate my listing but it got booked instantly. I cannot contact Airbnb help now

There is no channel at all for me to reach them. I need their help to cancel and refund to guest. Please assist.

You must contact Airbnb Customer Service first if you want to use that option of cancelling within 24h when IB is on - maybe use Twitter or the form: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/ to have some evidence.
