I was just contacted by a previous guest and he is telling me that he cannot leave a review for me and also, the he cannot read the review the I gave him.

A guest can never read a review before it is published, so that is not an error.

So why is the guest not able to write a review ? Is there an error coming up or is there no invitation to write the review ?
