I was trying to figure out how to require guest have id verification before they contact me?

I thought I had it set up but there still contacting me and I cant find it in settings or anywhere else.

They can contact you without an ID regardless of your settings.  They can only book if they meet your requirements.  You can only require that a guest have ID verification to book if you are using Instant Book.
