I write reviews for people but the review is not recorded in AirBnB

I write reviews for people, I follow all the steps, with the three lines of stars, the text of recommendation and my personal remark to the clients and click the button that we want them back again and save it! BUT AIRBNB DOESN’T SAVE IT, SOMETHINGIS WRONG WITH THE PROGRAM! Cheerio, Joh.

Your review won't be published before your guest write a review of you OR if the guest don't leave one after the review period is over (14 days after check-out). Could it be the reason why you don't see it published?
