ID Verification & No Payment Reciept

Hi

I did my ID verification today, with an goverment ID.

I got mail also stating that ID Verification successfull.

I even paid for my property online, but in Trips it's showing PENDING VERIFICATION & when i click on it nothing happens.

Even i didn't get mail from AIRBNB about my Transaction, whereas the amount was deducted from my account.

I feel like my amount is being lost in transition.

This feel like a cheat, atleast my transaction mail should come to my GMail Account as ive verified my GMail ID.
