ID Verification

My guest want to book but have not verified id nor any reviews. I asked them to send copies of their ids to my email -given the circunstances- but Aibnb keeps hiding my email address (pretty silly since once I meet the guest I could exchange this info anyway)

How can I request copies of id or id verification to those guest without it and without any reviews. In other words, guests I don't trust.

Hi

they should verify their email through Airbnb and not through you directly. 

You should keep all your communication with guests via the site bc if there's any issues that will help you resolve them with Airbnb.  Good luck!

Hi @Canteras0 they can always go to www.airbnb.com/verify to have a verified ID. They should be able to send you a picture of their ID through the app if they are willing to do that.
