If guest violates house rules.

Hey I have used Airbnb as a gueest for awhile, but now I'm hosting. So an issue I've come across is that while at work I came home to my bedroom & closet door wide open. Since the house rules we're broken to I address it with Airbnb or just give the guest a reminder of what's off limits??

Go over the rules. But if someone entered your personal space, I'd think they are stealing. I'd be very uncomfortable the rest of their stay.  Give em one more chance or ask them to leave

I have had a guest violate the rules recently. Brought a person in to sleep that was not on the initial contract.  It was scary.

Fritz, you don't provide enough information about the situation for any advice to be useful.  However, if you are wondering about keeping a guest that is the best indicator that the guest should be asked to leave.  Your house rules have to be explicit and not implied however.  By that I mean you can't assume people know the rules without your providing them.  Usually under "Guest Access" you list what spaces are shared with the guest.

@Fritz5, contact AirBnB and ask for their advice.
