Dear all,
I need your help regarding payment.
I'm a host, three days ago a client reserved (from 30.04.2016 until 07.04.2016) my house and made a payment (confirmation code: DAYZRD). After I recieved an Email from Airbnb on 17.04.16 with the following information:
"We have €475 for you-- but we need you to tell us where to send it. Please log in to your Airbnb account and add a payout method."
then I follow the instruction and entered Debit Card information and other bank account number as well.
I haven't recieved anything yet.
Please note if I made something wrong.
