Important - regarding bank transfer

Dear all,

 

I need your help regarding payment.

 

I'm a host, three days ago a client reserved (from 30.04.2016 until 07.04.2016) my house and made a payment (confirmation code: DAYZRD). After I recieved an Email from Airbnb on 17.04.16 with the following information:

 

"We have €475 for you-- but we need you to tell us where to send it. Please log in to your Airbnb account and add a payout method."

 

then I follow the instruction and entered Debit Card information and other bank account number as well. 

 

I haven't recieved anything yet.

 

Please note if I made something wrong.

@Sofia25, I see no listing under your profile. 

 

I'm confused by the dates you quote: 30.04.2016 until 07.04.2016. Do you mean until 07.05.2016?

 

In any case, you won't receive any money until the day after (or possibly a couple of days later) the guest checks in. 

 

Best to set up your payment method as soon as possible. I'd suggest PayPal, if it's available in your country.
