Is anyone else experiencing issues where their co-host cannot access information for certain guest only? My co-host is unable to communicate with one guest and it is becoming a real problem. Airbnb says this is a systemic problem but they have done nothing about it for over two weeks. They refuse to elevate my calls and no one will call me back to give me updates. What is the corporate change at Airbnb that hosts are being ignored?
This is incredibly frustrating! I co-host, but have also booked an ABB for the holidays. I can see the calendar details (I couldn’t for about3 days) and communicate with all the guests. HOWEVER, the place I booked for Christmas is refusing to communicate with me on ABB’s platform because the co-hosts the owners pay, can’t see it or respond. They want me to do everything through text or *gasp* an actual phone call (haha). ABB says it shouldn’t be a problem unless there’s a problem. Sigh.
I am having this issue also- and I am the co-host but also the property owner!! Very frustrating- it's January and this is still not resolved!!!

Same problems here. Only certain guests. What’s even stranger is I have full access on my iPad but not on my phone
