Inquiries versus pending reservations as a metric?

Views vs inquiries must be an important metric in determining price along with competition. But just my gut. We had 150 views and 0 inquiries. I have no idea if that's a bad or avg response. Seems bad. But that's not based on knowledge. Just marketing gut.

So I tried lowering our weekday from $125 to $99 and left weekends at $125 based on the fact that comps were $125 but not for shared space where ours is private, entire place.

So that was last night and we'll watch and take notes.

The other that I haven't done yet is allow instant bookings which Linda does and doesn't feel "threatened" by in a "getting a guest you wouldnt have approved had you had an interaction instead of an IB.

I'd love to hear others chime in on my views/inquiries metric/competition idea for setting price and the pros and cons of Instant Bookings. If they help and can't hurt? I think we should do it. Looking forward to your comments.

I think we almost done to where we can give it a rest, you too here, and just hopefully let the resos pour in 😄

Thanks,

All
