Instant book can’t cancel reservation.

I have instant book turned on because it said I would be able to cancel any reservation that I didn’t feel comfortable with. Someone just instant booked my house that I am not comfortable with because they are traveling with 11 people. I am not getting a message that I can’t cancel the reservation without contacting Airbnb first. I don’t know how to contact Airbnb and didn’t understand this to be the terms of instant book

Your listing states a maximum of 11 people. Do you mean the the person you mention is travelling his or herself and bringing 11 others? If so you can contact Airbnb to discuss the issue.
