Interested In Becoming a host

I was recently a guest in a beautiful Canadian city and am interested in becoming a host in that same city. My problem is that I live in a different province. Is there anything preventing me from hiring a property management team to handle the things that I would not be able to do from a far? Any suggestions?

No, nothing preventing you. However if you are new to hosting and/or the Airbnb platform it would be wise to hire a manager who is experienced.

@Darlene65 yes, it is very wise to have a person to take care of the things you cannot since you are not local to the property.

Make sure the person who helps you is reliable. One of the keys to good hosting is consistency. Getting things right 9 times out of 10 isn't good enough.
