Internet showing crossed off on amenities

We have wi-fi at our Airbnb property, but when a guest previews our listing, the internet option is crossed off.  When I go to edit amenities, there's no internet option to select.  I don't want people to pass over our listing because internet is crossed off at the top....even though it shows wi-fi at the bottom.  It looks confusing.  Help!

@Michael-and-Melissa0 If it is crossed out, it means that you have no Internet. Double-check your settings. Compare with these:

Same issue. There is probably a glitch somewhere because in the edit page it doesn't even show up, only WiFi, Ethernet and Pocket WiFi.

Yes!  I think it's a system glitch because I've finally called Airbnb for help and even they didn't understand why it wasn't on the list of amenities when I go to edit them.  So I guess we just have to wait until they fix it!!  So strange.....

I am new to Airbnb and I am having the exact same issue! The internet is showing crossed out.  Do I need to call customer support to have it fixed?
