Hi, we are new at Airbnb in Porto, Portugal and we are wondering if you can help us relating the invoices.

Imagining that the guest pays Airbnb for their stay a total of € 100.00, Airbnb pays us € 97.00 (€ 100.00 -3%), right? When I pass the invoice, I pass with the total of what value? € 100.00 or € 97.00? Can someone help me please? Grateful in advance.

"When I pass the invoice"...you mean put that forward with regards your Renta/tax income ? 

If so, you should note it as 97 euro, as that is your income received.

I have to do my income taxes in Portugal and haven’t got a clue of how to do this. I’ve seen on the net several options of an certified invoice programm ... Can anyone advice me which one to use?
