Is Air BnB meant to be used by professional letting companies?

I thought this was not meant to be for professional letting/rental companies yet the person I recently rented from had 36 properties!

Surely this is against the ethos of Air BnB

Should I call you out on this @James538? You went ahead and booked that place, knowing the host had 36 listings? Why would you do that if you are against it? Were you somehow tricked?
