Is there any website like Roofstock for vacation rental sales? I am having a difficult time selling my vacation rental properties on Captiva, FL through an agent because the potential buyers sourced are quite simply not investors, but individuals looking to spend a month at the property a year and rent through the resort managed program the remaining eleven months. My properties perform ridiculously well, as I am a property manager myself and have spent years optimizing them. The units I currently have for sale are listed at ~$400,000 each and bring in $75,000+ each in gross rental receipts ($50,000 net) annually. At such performance levels it amazes me that these units have been listed for over six months without selling. Where can I put these properties in front of serious investors?
