Is a long term rental (I am renting out a property for a long term) eligible to be a part of the hosting program on Airbnb?

I am renting out a property in Thailand. I pay 2 years in advance. I stay there only twice a year for about 2 - 3 weeks. Some weeks the apartment is ocupied by my family or friends. Rest of the year is available. I'd like to monetize the rest of the period in a year. Is it possible in cooperation with Airbnb?

@Alfred654 yes, if your landlord is happy, but you will need a strong local team of cleaners etc.
