Hi, I just recently got a query to stay over for 31 days. As per the visa rules in my country, this guest only allow to stay for 30 days, hence I did raised a query on whether did she made a mistake on the booking request. However she did highlight to me that she will be in my country for 3 months and need to be in and out of the country to restore the passport. I am a bit cautious and not sure if it is okay to accept the booking as the only verification this guest has is the facebook. Please advice.
Whether she overstays her visa or not is not your problem. Here in the UK I would be much more concerned as to whether or not she is gaining any form of status with a shorthold tenancy. You need to understand the law in KL with regard to long term stays.
As an aside it is quite common for people to do what she is doing - even here in the UK - you have a set lenght of time to stay, and then you need to leave the country to apply again (or for an extension)
Thanks for the advice, I have decline the enquiry as I have other bookings confirmed on the similar dates.
