@Mh6 You can rent your property via your own website, other booking platforms and Airbnb. Many, many hosts rent through multiple sites.
What is not allowed is to list on Airbnb and then if a guest contacts you from seeing your Airbnb listing, to then direct them to book through another site. In other words, if they came to you through Airbnb, you can't cut Airbnb out of the deal.
But if you get guests through Airbnb who turn out to be lovely and you'd be happy to host them again, there's nothing to say you can't give them your personal email address or your personal web page link if they'd like to come back. Airbnb doesn't own the relationship between you and your guests once their Airbnb booking has come to an end.
I do remember reading that there are different rules for Plus listings, and now maybe Luxe- you may not be able to list on other booking sites.
