Is there CS QA company that checks them?

I noticed, especially in the evening when it is non operational hours in the US. Customer support agents, don't just read what issue you wrote them about. You get whatever you can call it, but not SUPPORT. I just had a case where our team member wrote an issue with about 5000 words, CS opened a case in less than 30 seconds and replied that he won't be helping, by standard copy paste link from policies, which we already had sent him in the text 🙂 Anyways, obviously he/she was not even taking time to read the issue. 

 

Now I am wondering if there is some kind of quality assurance company that checks this "customer support" third party companies for airbnb, since it is a waste of airbnb (and our) money.
