Is there a downturn in Gold Coast, Australia Airbnb business?

We have been hosting three bedrooms on the Gold Coast for the past 15 months. Business has been very consistent until two weeks ago when everything came to a grinding halt. With Easter holidays coming up and not even an enquiry ... what could I be doing wrong?

I have lowered my rates and incorporated discounts for longer stays ...
