Is there a specific amount of time before a listing becomes public?

Is there a specific amount of time before a listing becomes public? I tried searching for my listing through a different device but couldn't find it. It has been just 30 minutes since I completed the listing, so I was wondering whether there was a specific amount of time.

Also, can we map a listing to many locations names in the map? My area has a few duplicates on Google Maps.

Had a friend list a property yesterday evening - and while visible if you had the link, no one could search for it nor book until this morning. So in this instance it took about 12 hours or so.

@Gerry-And-Rashid0Thanks guys! You were right, it took almost the same time for us, I think it also had to do with the fact that we did the listing during the day time in Asia.
