Is there a way to find other hosts in Charleston, SC?

We used to have a group set up for Charleston, but it seems to have gone the way of all things with the forum changes.  Is there a way to find other hosts who don't live in the major cities listed on the "Cities" page?

I am an experienced co-hoster and held a very successful Airbnb for years so understand the need for flexibility and reliability.  On a normal basis, I typically am a co-manager for roughly 4 clients so my time and attention isn't taken away from quality service. We contract out with a local cleaning company for our routine cleaning and provide guests with a house manual, plus tourist guides if there isn't already one in place.
