Dear whoever feels like helping,
I got this little "gem" a few hours ago (see bottom), and I am not sure, if this is actually from airbnb, or if this is malicious.
First a bit of info:
I am registered on airbnb as a host since a few years now, am a superhost and have never cancelled a reservation or the like. My rating is high (4.8), and nothing of significance happened before the message.
What makes me suspicious?
The reply address is miguel@netverifybnb.com which sounds to me, like it is not an official airbnb address.
I did nothing at all that might have warranted suspending my account.
Also, my account seems to be fully functional and I got a new booking less than an hour ago.
Here is the message in its entirety.

And yes, the original message they sent me is in German.

@Stefan334 I'm 100% certain that this email was a phishing scheme. Your account is fully functional, your listings are active, and that email did not come from Airbnb.

I have come across a lot of phishing emails in my years and this one is particularly well done, I have to say. All the links work and lead to the right places, the language fits, ...
