In the last 10 days I have called and sent messages to Airbnb's customer service trying to correct my name in a payout sent with Western Union.
Simple:
What I need is for my middle name and second surnames to be added to the transaction.
In Panama it is a requirement that absolutely all names in the payment match the ID.
The problem:
On repeated occasions, Airbnb's customer service has told me that once the payment is sent by Western Union, it is not possible to cancel it or change the details.
Bad:
I have been given incorrect information, saying that I could personally cancel the transaction from Western Union customer service or from the branch.
Worst:
I asked that my case be taken to a department that could solve the problem, and Airbnb's customer service responded by closing the ticket.
I do not know what to do! Does anyone have any ideas?
